Good day!
This unit is a manual unit remember that when you mix the hot with cold it restricts the water flow from the hot side causing the unit to shut down. So what you need to do is set the knobs first on the actual unit until you get your desired temperature and leave the knobs on that spot , and if you want to change the temperature then you need to play with the knobs again.
