Secondly I hope replacing calibrated boards will solve my flow problem. Actually my house is 3200 sq.ft 2 story house which has Master and 1/2 bathroom down plus Utility & Kitchen and 2 bathrooms upstairs. So I bought 2 Ecotemp System in July / August (See Attached Receipt) but returned one un-opened box, as my friend told me 1 tankless is more than enough but started having this flow problem and plumber told me 1 tankless is not enough so I bought 1 more in November (See Attached Receipt). It seems to me that you are having a flow issue. Our unit is flow activated however there is a minimum flow that is needed for the water heater to activate.
