Shipping Policy 

Shipping can take up to 14 days, although most orders are shipped within 1 business day. We offer upgraded shipping options. If you selected expedited shipping at checkout this does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. Holidays & weekends will cause your order to ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day. All expedited shipping is at the mercy of the chosen carrier and method. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control. Orders placed after 1 pm will ship the following business day.


Return Policy

We have a “No Questions Asked” returns policy on opened unused goods for 60 days. All unopened, unused goods may be returned up to 90 Days. Products returned used or installed will have a restocking fee of 15%. No refunds will be given for used items if returned after 30 days. All returns must be in original packaging. Goods returned that are damaged will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

All returns need an RGA number. Returns made without an RGA (Returns Good Number) number will not be accepted nor refunded.

Refunds

Returning a partial order will result in a reduced refund, subtracting the current full retail cost of the item you chose to keep.

Partial returns for BOGO (Buy One Get One) sales are prohibited. All items must be returned to be considered for refund. Items damaged during shipping must be reported immediately by calling 1-866-356-1992, Live Chat or by creating a support ticket.

Product Support Products believed to be defective must be reported with 30 days. Eccotemp will support its products for the lifetime of the product. When contacting Eccotemp we will need to gather information such as pictures, serial numbers, & proof of purchase in order to assist with troubleshooting. We offer appointment-based support for your convenience. This allows us to dedicate our time to the individual being helped.
