Not only does the Eccotemp Diamond Protection Plan cover replacement of the heat exchanger and replacement of parts due to freeze damage, but it also covers one replacement of product accessories per agreement. The average cost of repairs without extended warranty coverage is over $200, but the Eccotemp Diamond Protection Plan covers 100% of the costs associated with repairs. Additionally, should you need to send your product in for an inspection or repair, the Eccotemp Diamond Protection Plan covers round-trip shipping and waives the cost of any labor necessary to repair your product.
