If you are having problems with your shower head accessory and the On/Off Switch is stuck, please follow these steps:

1. Turn off the water at the incoming water source.

2. Use the included quick connect to remove the incoming water hose.

3. Never keep the incoming water turned on when not using your portable tankless water heater; this will cause damage to your showerhead/hose.

Turning the water off will release the pressure build-up.
